Center Director/Senior BCBA
This position will be responsible for overseeing clinical growth and clinical operations of Luma Autism in their assigned location. This person will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services and operations in their designated location.
Your typical day might include:
-
Completing a tour with a prospective client family
-
Coaching or mentoring other BCBAs on specific areas of concern or interest
-
Conducting Team Meetings with BCBAs and RBTs on specific cases
-
Reviewing BCBA reports or RBT data/session notes to ensure fidelity
-
Providing training to new or current RBTs
-
Collaborating with parents or other caregivers to ensure client progress is sustained long-term
-
Providing parent training, supervision, direct therapy, or assessment as needed
-
Learning about and implementing innovative ABA methods
-
Attending CEU opportunities
-
Collaborating with billing/intake/scheduling teams to ensure a positive flow in the workplace
Qualifications
-
BCBA-D or BCBA in good standing with the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
-
Master’s Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field required
-
A minimum of 4 years of experience after initial BCBA certification
-
At least 5 years of ABA clinical or operations industry experience (preferred)
-
Willing to adhere to a background check.

Strong competency in a range of skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques
-
Success leading and managing direct care clinical team members
-
Ability to mentor, teach, and promote learning and growth in others
-
A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families!
Responsibilities
-
This position will work closely with the ABA Director of Operations to ensure that all roadblocks to deliver services in the clinic are navigated in order to service clients most effectively
-
Provide mentorship, orientation/training, and supervision to new BCBAs/RBTs
-
Facilitate group supervision to the clinical team and professional development opportunities for the clinical team
-
With support, implement audit and evaluation tools to assess clinical services at the supervisory level
-
Ensure cases are properly staffed and assist in recruiting as necessary
-
Responsible for completing direct service activities and maintaining billable hours accordingly
-
Conduct intake evaluations, skill assessments, Functional Behavior Assessments, as well as, design, analyze, and modify ABA programs based on the results of the assessments and ongoing data
-
Provide family training and direction in accordance with company values and standards
-
Collaborate with operations staff to ensure that all children have access to quality of care
-
While Luma Autism, Inc. expands and reaches the desired growth goals, the Clinical Director will be responsible for performing any duties necessary to aid in the process

BCBA
The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing the treatment and delivery of services for their caseload. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to continue to learn and grow with other clinicians, be a part of a fun and collaborative culture, and maintain an ethical case load and work/life balance. The BCBA will also be responsible for overseeing the training and supervision of both Student Analysts and RBTs providing ABA services at their location.
Your typical day might include:

Providing initial and/or continuing treatment (re)assessments

Planning, managing, and evaluating assigned RBTs to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires
-
Supervising ongoing ABA programs, assessing performance of programs, and adjusting as necessary
-
Conducting parent training meetings
-
Managing electronic data regarding the client's progress using the CR platform
-
Performing other related duties as required.
Qualifications
-
BCBA-D or BCBA in good standing with the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).

Master’s Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field required
-
A minimum of 1 year of experience working in the field of Autism
-
Willing to adhere to a background check.

Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments (such as VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ADOS-2, etc.)

Ability to train and supervise RBTs in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
-
Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with parents and other caregivers
-
Willingness to accept supervision and guidance from a Clinical Director/mentor
Responsibilities

Conduct initial parent consultations to determine if the potential client is a good fit for your caseload

Conduct initial assessments utilizing the BLAF, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and/or AFLS assessment tools
-
Create individualized skill acquisition programming and/or behavior reduction plans relying on evidence-based methodology
-
Providing quality supervision accordingly to each child on your caseload
-
Directly supervise and manage the performance of RBTs
-
Regularly perform written staff performance evaluations
-
Provide BACB supervision experience for RBT’s or BCaBA’s
-
Provide quality parent training to parents/caregivers; collaborate with related professionals/teachers who work with the client
-
Abide by the BACB’s ethics codes
-
Perform other related duties as required

Student Analyst
The Student Analyst will be responsible for providing both direct therapy services and group therapy services to clients, collecting data appropriately throughout each session, and converting session notes at the end of each session. Student Analysts at Luma Autism, Inc. will also be provided with opportunities to assist BCBAs with assessments, parent trainings, train other RBTs, and more as they prepare to transition from Student Analyst to BCBA. Qualifications

A student of ABA currently enrolled in their Master’s level program and working towards becoming board certified

A minimum of 1 year of experience working in the field of Autism
-
RBT certification required

Familiarity and ability to learn and interpret a variety of clinical assessments (such as VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS-R, ADOS-2, etc.)

Ability to train and support RBTs in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services

Lead RBT
The Lead RBT will be responsible for providing both direct therapy services and group therapy services to clients, collecting data appropriately throughout each session, and converting session notes at the end of each session. Lead RBTs at Luma Autism will also be provided with opportunities to train other RBTs and participate in various learning opportunities to continue growing their knowledge of the applied science.
